Choose a style, colour and EU size, then add it to your bag. Select “Enquire about my bag” to open an email with your selection. We will confirm availability, final prices, delivery and payment arrangements before you commit. Adding to your bag does not place an order.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizes shown are supplier EU sizes; fit varies between styles. Send us your usual shoe size and foot length in centimetres so we can request the specific supplier size chart. Please confirm the measurements before ordering.
Where do your boots ship from?
Products are intended to ship directly from our dropshipping partners. Dispatch location, processing time, shipping cost and estimated delivery depend on the style and destination. We confirm these details before an order is accepted; products are not represented as UK-held stock.
What if I need to return a pair?
Contact support@arvexony.shop with your order reference and the reason for your return. We will provide the applicable return instructions and address. Please request the full return terms before ordering, and do not send parcels to our business address without instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
